I have been interested in breath work for a long time and have found it very helpful in my own life. In 2022 I became a qualified Breath Work Practitioner (CPCAB Level 2). I frequently bring breath awareness into my work with clients - many of whom have also found it has been profoundly supportive. As well as incorporating breath work in counselling sessions, I offer stand alone breath work sessions - to facilitate you to become aware of your habitual breath patterns and enable you to breathe more fully - to feel calmer and relaxed.
